In 2022 we left our historical home in Canmore Street where our church, in one form or another, had been worshipping and meeting since 1842. We found a temporary home in Dunfermline High School and continued meeting there for regular weekly services for two years until we found a new home. With the help of a loan from our Synod were able to purchase a new permanent home - Unit 3, Halbeath Interchange Business Park, KY11 8RY, behind Sterling Home and across from the SSPCA Headquarters. It may seem strange to have a church in an office complex on the edge of town but there are many benefits including easy access, adjacent car parking and much lower running costs that our old church building. We are now meeting on the Ground Floor which was converted into a suitable worship space for our congregation and visitors. A photo pf the worship space is below. Our intention is to convert the upper floor into smaller serviced offices which would be available to let. As we are a charity, we are able to benefit from a number of lower costs which will allow us to offer competitive rates. In addition, we are not VAT registered so there would be no VAT on the lease costs which will benefit smaller companies and charities.
